Commitment to Quality and Customer Satisfaction
General Terms
OWE New Materials (“The Company”) warrants that its range of defoamers and antifoamers (“The Products”) will meet the specifications stated on the product label and will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
Scope of Warranty
Product Quality: The Company guarantees that the products will perform as same as sealed sample pre-test on the base of same application environment.
Shelf Life: The warranty covers the product’s shelf life as indicated on the product packaging. (6-24Months)
Custom Solutions: For customized foam control solutions, the warranty terms will be as agreed upon in individual contracts.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Products that have been improperly stored or handled.
- Products that have been mixed with other chemicals.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Any unauthorized modifications to the product.
Claims Process
- To initiate a warranty claim, contact our Customer Service team within 30 days of discovering the defect.
- Provide proof of purchase and, if applicable, samples of the defective product.
- Upon verification, The Company will either replace the defective product or issue a credit note, at its discretion.
Limitation of Liability
The Company’s liability under this warranty is limited to the replacement of the defective product or a refund of the purchase price. The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products. You have ability to test in your application sytem before purchase.
